1973年12月27日,日本卫生部第341号布告对一部分食品和附加剂的规格标准进行修改。对糖精的修改是基于12月18日食品卫生调查会的附加剂和毒性联合部会,对糖精的安全性做了慎重审议而修改的。该联合部会的结论为: (1)认为糖精对第一代的实验动物无致癌性。(2)在美国观察两代动物的两个实验结果,认为虽然高浓度组在二代发生了膀胱癌,但是否为实验用糖精中所含的不纯物所致?对此持疑问态度。
On December 27, 1973, Japan’s Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 341 amended part of the food and additive specifications. The modification of saccharin is based on a review of the safety of saccharin by careful consideration of the safety of saccharin based on the December 18 Food and Health Hygiene Council’s Supplements and Toxicity Joint Conference. The union will conclude: (1) that saccharin is not carcinogenic to the first generation of experimental animals. (2) Two experimental results of two generations of animals observed in the United States concluded that although the high-concentration group developed bladder cancer in the second generation, is it doubtful that it is caused by impurities in experimental saccharin?
