品管圈活动用于药房管理中的成效评价

目的:研究品管圈活动在药房管理的应用效果。方法:自2015年1月起将品管圈管理方法应用于药房管理,根据时期进行分组,统计2015年全年药房管理成效与2014年全年成效进行比较,品管圈应用内容包括成立品管圈小组、确立活动主题、制定目标及计划、实施计划,评价实施前后的药房调剂差错情况。结果:品管圈活动小组预期目标为将全年药房调剂差错发生率控制在0.8%以内,实际将调剂差错发生率控制在了0.46%,圆满完成目标;2014年全年药房调剂差错发生率为4.1%,在实施品管圈活动后药房调剂差错发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动用于药房管理能够有效的减少调剂差错事件,调动医务人员的积极性,全面提高药房服务质量。 Objective: To study the application effect of QC activities in pharmacy management. Methods: From January 2015, QC methods were applied to pharmacy management, grouped by period, and the results of pharmacy management in 2015 were compared with the results of 2014 in a full year. The QC application includes the establishment of quality control Circle group, set the theme of the event, set goals and plans, implement the plan, evaluate the pharmacy discrepancies before and after the implementation. Results: The QOLP’s expected target was to control the incidence of pharmacy dispensing error within 0.8% in the whole year and actually control the dispensing error rate to 0.46%, which successfully completed the target. The incidence of pharmacy dispensing error in 2014 was 4.1% respectively. The incidence of pharmacy dispensing errors was significantly reduced after the implementation of QC activities (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle activities used in pharmacy management can effectively reduce the error of adjustment, arouse the enthusiasm of medical personnel and improve the service quality of pharmacy.
