JW250涡浆式砼搅拌机的传动装置中,蜗杆轴与传动轴采用套筒式联轴器联接,如图1。该种联接方式的主要特点是:结构简单、制造容易、尺寸小,但对两轴的安装精度要求较高,安装与拆卸均不方便(需要将传动轴作轴向移动)。在原设计中,考虑到两轴对中的需要,对传动轴右端的支点采用了可调整结构。固定板4与机架焊为一体,位于轴承架7和固定垫板6的中间,靠螺栓5(M12)相联。固定板的安装孔为φ20mm,轴承架和固定垫板的安装孔为φ13mm。因此,螺栓5未紧固之前,传动轴的轴线位置可在其范围内
In the transmission device of the JW250 turbo-type rake mixer, the worm shaft and the transmission shaft are coupled by a sleeve coupling, as shown in FIG. 1 . The main characteristics of this kind of connection method are: simple structure, easy manufacture and small size, but it requires high installation accuracy of two axes, and it is inconvenient to install and disassemble (need to move the drive shaft axially). In the original design, taking into account the need for two-axis alignment, an adjustable structure was adopted for the fulcrum at the right end of the drive shaft. The fixing plate 4 is integrally welded with the frame, located in the middle of the bearing frame 7 and the fixing plate 6, and is connected by a bolt 5 (M12). The mounting hole for the fixing plate is φ20mm, and the mounting hole for the bearing frame and the fixing plate is φ13mm. Therefore, before the bolt 5 is tightened, the axial position of the transmission shaft can be within its range.
