锦西石化异丙醇尿素脱蜡装置是我国自行研究、设计建成的,主要以大庆常二线馏分油为原料,两种产品-35号柴油和300号液体石蜡的附加值均较高,具有原料馏程范围宽,产品质量好、蜡收率高,反应在常温、常压下进行,溶剂无毒性,以及对设备无腐蚀作用,操作简单、运行费用低等特点,目前尚没有其他装置能够完全取代它,国内尚在运行中的同类装置仅有3套。但由于近年来原油加工量的逐年提高,以及进口原油品种的增加,在加工大庆原油时会不定期掺炼外油,油品质量下降,导致尿素装置的原料随掺炼原油的产地不同和掺炼比例的调整而出现较大变化,进而导致装置超负荷运转,产品质量出现波动,能耗、剂耗上升。对此,结合装置现有条件,提出了增加反应单元,扩大加工能力,优化尿素络合反应操作条件,优化络合物洗涤和分离,优化水洗塔操作,降低剂耗,原料精制等改进建议,从而达到节能降耗、改善产品质量的目的。
