在我国企业的管理实践中,长期以来见物不见人的现象非常突出,以人为本的管理理念亟待加强。近些年来,虽然“以人为本”、“人本管理”经常可闻可见,但很多人并没有深究其中“人”与“本”的真正内涵。全面理解人本管理的内涵实质及精髓,建立以人为本的管理工程和机制,是时代的要求,企业成功的关键。
In the management practices of our country’s enterprises, the phenomenon of seeing things for a long time is very prominent, and the management concept of people-oriented urgently needs to be strengthened. In recent years, although “people-oriented” and “people-oriented management” are often seen, many people do not really study the true connotations of “people” and “this”. It is the requirements of the times and the key to the success of a business to fully understand the substance and essence of the humanistic management and establish a people-oriented management project and mechanism.
