我厂一台捷克SK 50型立式车床可车削最大直径为5.3米。在正常情况下,工件的表面光洁度可达5,并且“切削纹理整齐清晰”(图1)。但有时还会出现下列情况:工件的几何尺寸符合图纸要求,表面光洁度用光洁度测定仪来测量级数也不低,而它的切削纹理不整齐清晰,出现如图2~6的五种情形。工件产生光洁度低和切削纹理不好的两种质量问题是经常遇到的,它们有联系也有区别,是维修工作中的关键问题之一。根据我们维修工作的体会:工件表面的“纹理不整齐度”是由于实际切削时进给量不均匀、主轴回转时动态不圆度或回转速度不均匀、工作台爬行、工件
I plant a Czech SK 50 vertical lathe turning maximum diameter of 5.3 meters. Under normal conditions, the workpiece surface finish up to 5, and “cutting texture neat and clear” (Figure 1). But sometimes there will be the following conditions: The geometry of the workpiece in line with the requirements of the drawings, the surface finish measured by the finish meter is not low, and its cutting texture is not clean and clear, as shown in Figure 2-6 of five cases. Two problems of quality, which are caused by the low finish of the workpiece and the poor cutting texture, are often encountered. They are also related and different, which is one of the key problems in the maintenance work. According to our maintenance work experience: “uneven texture of the workpiece surface” is due to the actual feed cutting uneven, non-round spindle rotation or rotational speed of non-uniform, crawling workbench, the workpiece
