高炉是炼铁生产的主体,它的建设投资大,施工周期长。因而,高炉的寿命一直为炼铁工作者所重视。目前,决定高炉寿命的关键已从炉缸、炉底转移到炉身,特别是炉身下部已成为急待解决的关键部位。国内有些大高炉生产两年左右就因炉身损坏而被迫停产中修,以致一代高炉需要二至三次中修,这不仅需耗巨资,而且影响产量,造成双重经济损失。所以,国内外高炉工作者都在努力寻求延长炉身寿命的办法和措施,力争高炉炉体同步大修。
Blast furnace is the main body of iron production, its construction investment, construction period is long. Therefore, the life of the blast furnace has always been the emphasis of ironworks workers. At present, the key to determine the life of the blast furnace has been transferred from the hearth, bottom of the furnace to the shaft, especially the lower part of the shaft has become a critical part of the urgent solution. Some domestic large blast furnaces have been shut down for repair in about two years due to shaft damage. As a result, blast furnaces require two or three times of medium-long repairs, which not only cost huge amounts of money, but also affect output and cause double economic losses. Therefore, blast furnace workers at home and abroad are trying hard to seek ways and measures to extend the life of the furnace body, and strive to blast furnace body simultaneously overhaul.
