研究了用硫代硫酸盐作浸取剂从铅锌硫化物浮选尾矿中提取金的动力学。根据硫代硫酸盐浓度计算的反应级数n 0.75以及总的反应速度常数k=1.05×10~(-6)mol~1/4·dm~5/4·min~(-1)。求出表面活化能△Ea=48.53kJ和频率因子A=7.5×10~2mol·dm~(-3)·min~(-1),该活化能值给反应过程提供了化学控制。确定了最佳浸出温度为50℃,在两段逆流浸出中巳获得了高达99%的金提取率。发现在整个浸出过程中PH的变化对提高浸出率很敏感。给出了该工艺的初步经济估计。
The kinetics of gold extraction from lead-zinc sulfide flotation tailings using thiosulfate as leaching agent was studied. The reaction order n 0.75 and total reaction rate constant k = 1.05 × 10 ~ (-6) mol ~ 1/4 · dm ~ 5/4 · min ~ 1 calculated from the concentration of thiosulfate. The surface activation energy △ Ea = 48.53kJ and the frequency factor A = 7.5 × 10 ~ 2mol · dm -3 · min -1 were calculated. The activation energy provided the chemical control for the reaction process. The optimal leaching temperature was determined to be 50 ° C, and up to 99% gold extraction was obtained in two-stage countercurrent leaching. It is found that the pH change during the whole leaching process is very sensitive to the leaching rate. A preliminary economic estimate of the process is given.
