目的比较新诊断T2DM患者与健康成人的心率变异性(HRV)。方法选取新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组)54例和健康成人(NC)组50名,应用12通道动态心电图检测两组HRV时域和频域指标,并进行对比分析。结果 T2DM组24h全部窦性RR间期的标准差(SDNN)、相邻RR间期差值均方根(rMSSD)、总功率(TP)、低频功率(LF)和高频功率(HF)均低于NC组[(116.14±40.31)vs(130.52±39.60)ms、(28.10±15.20)vs(33.14±12.17)ms、(2391.60±2341.30)vs(3120.93±1890.61)ms2、(487.30±561.80)vs(678.42±592.65)ms2、(203.62±275.60)vs(295.67±258.12)ms2,P均<0.05],但24h连续5分钟RR间期均值标准差(SDANN)、极低频功率(VLF)与NC组比较,差异无统计学意义[(122.36±43.91)vs(114.51±40.17)ms、(2305.48±1451.26)vs(2265.91±1321.17)ms2,P>0.05]。结论新诊断T2DM患者心脏自主神经调控功能紊乱,迷走神经活性降低,交感神经活性相对增强。
Objective To compare the heart rate variability (HRV) between newly diagnosed T2DM patients and healthy adults. Methods 54 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM patients (T2DM group) and 50 healthy adults (NC) groups were selected. The time domain and frequency domain indexes of HRV were detected by 12-channel Holter monitoring and compared. Results The standard deviation (SDNN), rMSSD, total power (TP), low frequency power (LF) and high frequency power (HF) Was lower than that in NC group [(116.14 ± 40.31) vs (130.52 ± 39.60) ms, (28.10 ± 15.20) vs (33.14 ± 12.17) ms, (2391.60 ± 2341.30) vs (3120.93 ± 1890.61) ms2, (487.30 ± 561.80) vs (678.42 ± 592.65) ms2, (203.62 ± 275.60) vs (295.67 ± 258.12) ms2, P <0.05, respectively. However, SDANN and VLF were significantly correlated with NC group (122.36 ± 43.91) vs (114.51 ± 40.17) ms, (2305.48 ± 1451.26) vs (2265.91 ± 1321.17) ms2, P> 0.05]. Conclusion The new diagnosis of T2DM patients with dysfunction of cardiac autonomic nervous system, vagal activity decreased, sympathetic activity relatively enhanced.
