非特异性溃疡性结肠炎,是一种可能与免疫和遗传有关的原因不明的非特异性直、结肠粘膜及粘膜下层的炎症。目前尚无特效疗法。我院自1980～1984年住院患者共51例,按1978年全国消化道会议拟定的“慢性非特异性结肠炎诊断标准草案”诊断。轻度者16例(31.3％),中度者13例(25.5％),重度者22例(43.1％)。属慢性持续型者10例(45.4％),属慢性复发型者7例(31.8％),属初发型者5例(22.7％)。病程最长者20余年,最短者4个月。现仅就临床资料完整的重度非特异性溃疡性结肠炎20例进行疗效分析。
Nonspecific ulcerative colitis is a non-specific, colonic mucosal and submucosal inflammation that may be of unknown immune and genetic origin. There are currently no effective therapies. Our hospital from 1980 to 1984, a total of 51 cases of hospitalized patients, according to the 1978 National Gastroenterology Conference prepared “diagnosis of chronic non-specific colitis draft standard” diagnosis. 16 (31.3%) were mild, 13 (25.5%) moderate and 22 (43.1%) severe. Chronic persistent type were 10 cases (45.4%), 7 cases were chronic recurrent type (31.8%), 5 cases were initial type (22.7%). The longest course of more than 20 years, the shortest of 4 months. Only the clinical data of complete severe non-specific ulcerative colitis in 20 cases were analyzed.
