西方现代传播对于东方文化“维模”（Ｌａｔｅｎｃｙ）产生了极大压力，西方现代传播中的文化糟粕对于东方民族产生了内在的消极影响。中国学者应该发挥集的力量，组织大兵团作战，带头建立起能与西方学者进行对峙交流的“东方传播学派”，开发积累东方智慧中的传播学资源，抵制趋同论的“世界主义”，反对封闭论的“民族主义”，为建立平等、健康的国际传播秩序进行对策研究。东方传播学的最佳状态是与西方传播学相济发展，最高境界是“比较传播学”的诞生。
The modern Western communication exerted great pressure on the Latency of the oriental culture. The dully culture in the modern Western communication had an inherent and negative impact on the oriental nation. Chinese scholars should give play to their strength and organize major corps operations. They should take the lead in establishing the “Oriental Communication School” that can hold confrontations with Western scholars and develop “cosmopolitanism” that accumulates the resources of communication in oriental wisdom and oppose convergence theory. Opposition Closed on the “nationalism”, to establish an equal and healthy international communication order to carry out countermeasures. The best state of Oriental Communication Studies is to develop with the Western Communication Studies, the highest level is the birth of “Comparative Communication Studies.”
