平菇栽培在我县农村已普及,但由于技术措施陈旧,产量不高。笔者通过比较试验,发现渗灌出菇比常规管理出菇可增产30%以上。长荡乡菇农徐跃文用此技术,投料3000kg,收鲜菇5682kg,生物效率接近190%。现将其技术要点介绍如下: 培养料配制、灭菌接种同常规。待菌丝长满袋后,在菌袋周围用刀片划3~5个宽3~5cm、长20~25cm的口子,移至事先用砖铺好的出菇场所,然后一层菌袋一层泥堆积,最上层泥要厚些,并做成蓄水沟,利用泥的渗水性和保水性,通过菌袋上的口子将泥中的水渗灌到菌袋中起到补水作用。故在出菇时期水沟内要灌满水或营养液,采菇后每天灌1~2次水,其它管理方法同常规。 值得注意的是:在用刀片划口时不要伤害菌丝;菌袋堆积高度一般为1~1.5m,不宜太高;所用的泥土事先进行消毒,易板结的土不宜采用。 采用渗灌出菇,菌墙牢固不易倒,菌袋的两头出菇整齐,便于管理,菌袋出过二潮菇后也不用浸泡补水,
