依法行政作为我国依法治国方略的重要组成部分,是国家行政人员行使行政权利必须遵循的基本原则。依法行政也是现代法治政府必须循序的基本准则,虽然目前我国依法行政正在朝着良性的方向发展,但依法行政还存在着一些问题和制约因素。本文通过分析我国依法行政的制约因素与形成原因,旨在探求我国全面实施依法行政的途径,加快我国法治社会的建设进程。 Administration according to law, as an important part of our country’s strategy of governing the country according to law, is the basic principle that state administrators must follow to exercise their administrative rights. Administration by law is also the basic guideline for the modern government of rule of law to follow the principle of orderly progress. Although our country’s administration by law is moving in a benign direction, there still exist some problems and constraints in the administration by law. By analyzing the restrictive factors and forming reasons of our country’s administration according to law, this paper aims to explore the ways of implementing the administration according to law in an all-round way in our country and speed up the process of building a society under the rule of law.
