杨州大学旅游烹饪学院烹饪与营养科学系,江苏杨州225001摘要:方法:以黑桑椹水提液予老龄 BABL/C小鼠,灌胃45天~60天后测定与抗氧化延缓衰老及美容有关的生化指标。结果:黑桑椹提取法都能使肝脏过氧化脂质(LPO)明显降低;全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.01);心肌脂褐素明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:黑桑椹提取液具有一定的抗氧化延圾衰老的作用和润肤美容的功效。

After gavage for 45 days to 60 days, the anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects were evaluated. Biochemical indicators. RESULTS: Black mulberry extract could significantly reduce liver lipid peroxidation (LPO); whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) activity increased significantly (P < 0 .01); myocardial lipofuscin significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion: The black mulberry extract has certain anti-oxidative and anti-aging effects and emollient and cosmetic effects.
