近年来,随着抑癌基因P~(53)的异常在各种癌及白血病等疾病中不断地被检出,逐渐证明此基因的异常与癌发生有着极其密切的关系。在甲状腺癌中除未分化癌以外关于P~(53)的报道较为少见。本研究针对缺碘地区甲状腺癌的组织学特征进行了探讨并根据板本等人的低分化癌分类标准进行分类,利用免疫组织化学法对抑癌基因产物P~(53)蛋白进行分析进而探讨甲状腺癌的各种组织类型与P~(53)蛋白之间的关系。
In recent years, abnormalities of the tumor suppressor gene P53 have been continuously detected in various cancers and leukemia diseases, and it has been gradually proved that the abnormality of this gene has a close relationship with carcinogenesis. In addition to undifferentiated carcinoma in thyroid cancer, reports about P53 are rare. In this study, the histological characteristics of thyroid cancer in iodine-deficient areas were investigated and classified according to the poorly differentiated cancer classification criteria of Hirokamoto et al., and the P53 protein of the tumor suppressor gene product was analyzed by immunohistochemical method to further investigate.
