测定甲状腺吸~(131)碘率,是临床判断甲状腺功能最常用的方法之一。我院过去与全国大多数医院一样采用G-M计数管测量法,将G-M型计数管直接放在受检者颈部测定,此法探头结构简单、轻便,但由于计数管的相对几何位置变化以及甲状腺形态、大小等因素的影响,不易反映甲状腺的全貌。目前国内外多采用闪烁探头远距离测量法。我室采用国产SJ-704型铅准直器γ闪烁探头与DBX-IB型定标器配套,共检测了门诊病员381例,现将其中武汉地区155例受检者测定结果报告如下:
Determination of 131I thyroid uptake rate, is one of the most commonly used method of judging thyroid function. In our hospital in the past, most of the hospitals in our country adopted the GM counting tube measurement method. The GM counting tube was directly placed on the neck of the subject. The probe structure of this method is simple and lightweight. However, due to the relative geometric position of the counting tube and the thyroid Shape, size and other factors, not easy to reflect the whole picture of the thyroid. At home and abroad to use more flicker probe distance measurement. My room using domestic SJ-704 lead collimator gamma scintillation probe and DBX-IB-type scaffold matching, a total of 381 outpatients were detected, now in which 155 cases in Wuhan test results were reported as follows:
