亳州烟区土壤有机质含量适宜，水解氮含量较高。速效磷含量偏低，速效钾含量较高。肥料试验结果表明：烤烟的施氮量宜在８２．２５ｋｇ／ｈｍ ２ 左右， Ｎ： Ｐ２ Ｏ５： Ｋ２ Ｏ 为１∶１∶２．５。增加施氮量，烟叶含氮量和尼古丁含量有增加的趋势，总糖和还原糖含量下降。相同施氮量下，增加施钾量，烟叶含钾量有所提高。
Bozhou tobacco soil organic matter content is appropriate, higher hydrolysis of nitrogen content. Available phosphorus content is low, high available potassium content. Fertilizer test results show that: the amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be about 82.25kg / hm2 of flue-cured tobacco, N: P2 O5: K2 O is 1: 1: 2.5. Increase of nitrogen application rate, nitrogen content of tobacco leaves and nicotine content increased, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar decreased. The same amount of nitrogen application, increasing the amount of potassium, potassium content of tobacco has increased.
