教师专业发展在教育改革中具有重要地位,本文对教师专业发展现状的原因进行了分析,并提出了教师专业发展重构的相应对策:营造学习氛围,提供专业发展的环境;落实制度保障机制,保证专业发展的扬帆启航;激发教师学习的兴趣,增强专业发展的内驱力;强调自我经验的反思,坚持专业发展的实践尝试;注重人文引领力量,实现专业发展的领域拓宽。
The professional development of teachers plays an important role in the educational reform. This paper analyzes the reasons for the status quo of teachers ’professional development and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for teachers’ professional development and reconstruction: creating an atmosphere for learning and providing a professional environment for development; implementing the institutional guarantee mechanism, To ensure that the professional development sail set sail; to stimulate teachers’ interest in learning and enhance the internal drive of professional development; to emphasize the reflection of self-experience and to stick to the practice of professional development; and to broaden the field of humanistic leadership and professional development.
