以双胞蘑菇‘As2796’为试材,采用50%、60%、70%松杉木屑工厂化栽培金针菇菌糠的3个比例配方为处理,以当地规范化稻草配方栽培双孢蘑为对照,对各个配方的菌丝生长情况、子实体农艺性状、生产效益等进行了比较分析。结果表明:菌丝生长情况和子实体外观性状差异不明显,3个不同用量的金针菇菌糠配方栽培双孢蘑菇的产量,与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平。试验筛选出经济效益配方为金针菇菌糠60%~70%、牛粪26%~36%、过磷酸钙2%、石灰2%。
The double mushroom “As2796” was used as the test material, and 50%, 60%, 70% pine fir sawdust were used to treat three kinds of mushroom cultivars. The mycelium growth of each recipe, the agronomic traits of fruiting bodies and the production efficiency were compared and analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the mycelial growth and the appearance of the fruiting body. The yield of Agaricus bisporus with three different dosage of mushroom strains was significantly higher than that of the control. The economic benefit formula was selected from 60% ~ 70% of mushroom bran, 26% ~ 36% of cow dung, 2% of superphosphate and 2% of lime.
