本文从组织文化的含义、人力资源管理的含义及二者之间的关系进行阐述,探讨组织文化与人力资源管理是辩证统一的,以及在组织建设中的发挥的巨大作用。一方面,组织文化对人力资源管理产生巨大影响,另一方面人力资源管理对组织文化建设发挥重大作用;且组织文化与人力资源管理如车之两轮、鸟之两翼,只有二者有机地结合起来才能创造组织的竞争优势。
This article elaborates the meaning of organizational culture, the meaning of human resource management and the relationship between the two. It discusses the dialectical unity of organizational culture and human resource management and the great role played in organizational construction. On the one hand, the organizational culture has a tremendous impact on human resources management; on the other hand, human resources management plays a significant role in the organizational culture. Organizational culture and human resources management, such as the two rounds of vehicles and the two wings of birds, can only be organically integrated In order to create an organization’s competitive advantage.
