Hospital culture is the inner driving force of hospital’s sustainable development. Under the current medical reform situation, the role of hospital culture in hospital development is more and more important. Managers should guide culture highly from philosophy, understand culture from a strategic point of view, ration culture from human resources level, and realize the transformation of hospital culture from catered development to guided development so as to give play to the leading role of advanced culture in hospital reform and development. First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University is the first batch of the Ministry of Health passed the assessment of the three first-class hospitals, founded in 1883. Since the reform and opening up, on the basis of inheriting the traditional culture of the hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University has blazed new trails and forge ahead with determination.
