目的:观察大鼠小脑前核(桥核、下橄榄、外侧网状核、桥被盖网状核和旁正中网状核)中皮质纤维终末的溃变型及其与各核中的小脑投射神经元的突触联系。材料和方法:8只大鼠,用HRP逆行标记法和溃变电镜技术、结果:(1)溃变型有三种,电子致密型、微丝增生型以及电子透明型。(2)电子致密型溃变为皮质纤维的主要溃变型,分布于各核。后两者很少,只出现于个别核。(3)电子致密型演变有三种不同形态,即合圆形清亮型小泡、含多形清亮型小泡和混合型小泡的三种终末,其中绝大多数溃变终末含圆形清亮型小泡。(4)溃变终末中的一部分与HRP标记的小脑投射神经元形成单突触联系,其中大部分为轴树突触,少量为轴体突触。结论:至少有一部分皮质脑干纤维与小脑前核中的小脑投射神经元形成单突触联系,形成皮质-小脑前核-小脑通路。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the degeneration of the terminal cortical fibers in rat cerebellum anterior nucleus (bridge nucleus, inferior olives, lateral reticular nucleus, bridge captive reticular nucleus and paravertebral reticular nucleus) and their relationship with the cerebellar projection in each nucleus Synaptic connections in neurons. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eight rats were retrogradely labeled with HRP and electron microscopy. Results: (1) There were three types of ulceration, electron density, microfilament hyperplasia and electron transparency. (2) electronic degeneration into the main cortical fiber degeneration, located in each core. The last two are rare, only appeared in individual nuclei. (3) There are three different morphologies of electronic densification, that is, round clear type vesicles, three types of terminals containing pleomorphic clear type vesicles and mixed type vesicles. Most of them have round ends Clear type of small bubble. (4) Some of the terminals of the ulcer formed a single synaptic connection with the HRP-labeled cerebellar projection neurons, most of which were axonal axons. A few of them were axonal synapses. CONCLUSIONS: At least a portion of the cortical brainstem fibers form a single synaptic connection with cerebellum-projecting neurons in the anterior cerebellar nucleus forming the cortical-cerebellar pronucleus-cerebellum pathway.
