目的建立紫黄止血消炎粉中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法,用熔融石英毛细管柱64·5cm×50μm,有效长度56cm;0·02mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液pH7·0-甲醇(82∶18),分离电压为20kV,毛细管柱温25℃,UV检测波长254nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样浓度16·8~84μg/ml内线性关系良好(r=0·9996),平均加样回收率为98·25%,RSD为1·01%。结论该方法灵敏、快速、准确,结果可靠,可用于紫黄止血消炎粉中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Zihuang Zhixuexiaoyan powder. Methods Capillary electrophoresis was used. The fused silica capillary column was 64×5cm×50μm and the effective length was 56cm. The concentration of 0·02mol/L phosphoric acid buffer solution was 7.0×0-methanol (82:18). The separation voltage was 20kV and the capillary column temperature was 25°C. °C, UV detection wavelength 254nm. Results The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride had good linearity within the range of 16·8~84μg/ml (r=0·9996). The average recovery was 98·25% and the RSD was 1.01%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used to determine the content of berberine in Zihuangzhixuexiaoyan powder.
