在分析暴雨灾害成因基础上，针对影响上海市郊承受暴雨灾害能力的若干因子，构建评价模型；利用地理信息系统软件ARC／INFO完成对上海市郊承受暴雨灾害能力的评价；并生成上海市郊承受暴雨灾害能力分布图，可以为农业、水利及蔬菜生产等部门在水利设施规划、灾害防御治理等方面提供客观可靠的指导依据。
Based on the analysis of the cause of torrential rain disaster, this paper constructs the evaluation model based on a number of factors that affect the ability of rainforest disaster in Shanghai’s suburb to withstand heavy rains. The ARC / INFO software is used to evaluate the suburb storm in Shanghai. Capacity map can provide objective and reliable guidance for irrigation, water conservancy and vegetable production departments in water conservancy facilities planning and disaster prevention and treatment.
