目的研究金鸡脚Phymatopteris hastate全草的化学成分。方法应用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从金鸡脚全草的甲醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3,7-二-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、(-)-表阿夫儿茶精(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、(24R)-24-(2-hydroxyethyl)-20-hydroxyecdysone(8)、何帕-22(29)-烯(9)、29-何帕烷醇乙酸酯(10)、22-羟基何帕烷(11)、东北贯众醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、富马酸(14)、β-胡萝卜苷(15)。结论化合物5~15为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Phymatopteris hastate. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the methanolic extracts of Allium sativus and identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside 1, caffeic-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), (-) - epifloxacin (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), (24R) - (11), 24- (2-hydroxyethyl) -20-hydroxyecdysone (8), Hepato-22 (29) -ene , Northeast Guanzhong alcohol (12), β-sitosterol (13), fumaric acid (14), β-daucosterol (15). Conclusion Compounds 5-15 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
