目的研究贲门腺癌经典多药耐药机制。方法用流式细胞术检测55例贲门腺癌患者癌组织和距离肿瘤5cm以上癌旁正常组织P糖蛋白。结果55例贲门腺癌组织P糖蛋白阳性表达率为50.9%,癌旁正常组织未见P170表达,两者差别有统计学意义。结论贲门腺癌存在经典多药耐药机制,检测癌组织P糖蛋白对化疗药物选择及逆转多药耐药具有重要意义。
Objective To study the classic multidrug resistance mechanism of cardia adenocarcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the presence of P glycoprotein in 55 cases of gastric cardia adenocarcinoma and 5 cm above the tumor adjacent normal tissue. Results The positive expression rate of P-glycoprotein in 55 cases of gastric cardia adenocarcinoma was 50.9%, while there was no expression of P170 in the adjacent normal tissues. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions There is a classic multidrug resistance mechanism in cardia adenocarcinoma. Detection of P - glycoprotein in cancerous tissues is of great significance for chemotherapeutic drug selection and reversal of multidrug resistance.
