战时的通货膨胀主要是政府为解决财政赤字而过量发行纸币所引起的。这是粮价持续上涨的基本原因。国民政府企图通过政权力量来抑制物价上涨。粮食价格问题已经不仅仅是一个经济问题,更是一个不可避免的社会问题,粮食问题,尤其是粮食价格问题解决不好,会导致严重后果。但是,在当时的历史条件下,国民政府对于粮食价格的高涨没有妥善的办法,从而导致粮食价格居高不下,出现很多难以解决的社会问题,这一历史问题值得我们今天深思和探讨。
Wartime inflation was mainly caused by the excessive issuance of banknotes by the government to solve the fiscal deficit. This is the basic reason for the continuous rise in food prices. The Kuomintang government tried to curb price increases through the power of the government. The issue of food price is not only an economic issue but also an inevitable social problem. The problem of food, especially that of food, is not solved well and will have serious consequences. However, under the historical conditions of that time, the national government did not have a proper solution to the surge in food prices, which led to high food prices and many unsolved social problems. This historical issue deserves our contemplation and discussion today.
