针对相对有限的静止轨道卫星通信资源与不断增多的通信任务需求之间的矛盾日益突出的问题,通过分析静止轨道卫星通信的特点和工作过程,研究提出了多卫星、多任务通信环境背景下,静止轨道卫星通信资源-任务匹配的约束规则,建立优化调度的目标函数,构建静止轨道卫星通信资源-任务匹配问题的模型,给出解决该问题的基本思路,并进行了实际仿真。为探索静止轨道卫星通信资源的调度管理方法提供了理论依据和基础支撑。
Aiming at the problem of the increasingly prominent conflict between the relatively limited orbit satellite communication resources and the ever-increasing demand for communication tasks, the characteristics and working process of the orbiting satellite communication are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the multi-satellite and multi-task communication environment, Static orbit satellite communication resources - the task of the constraints of the rules to establish the optimal scheduling of the objective function to build a geostationary satellite communication resources - task matching problem model, gives the basic idea to solve the problem, and the actual simulation. It provides a theoretical basis and basic support for exploring dispatching management methods of geostationary orbit satellite communication resources.
