10月28日下午,国网宁夏石嘴山枢纽变电站惠农220千伏变电站外,宁夏电网首例新型节能导线试点线路——惠农至宝丰110千伏线路全部架设完成。随着该条线路成功接入惠农220千伏变电站,宁夏电网首例新型节能导线试点线路即将正式投入运行。此次宁夏电网首条节能导线采用中强度全铝合金绞线,这在西北地区也尚属首次。目前,我国输电线路大部分仍采用钢芯铝绞线,其导电率为53%,而节能导线(中强度全铝合金绞线)导电率比钢芯绞线高出5.5%,且具有传输容量大、电阻损耗低、耐腐蚀、工程造价低等优点。据统计,现全国输配电线损量达1710亿度,约为5985万吨标准煤。如果国内20%的输电线路采用这一节能技术,每年可减少线路损耗逾10亿度,节约36万吨标准煤。
On the afternoon of October 28, the pilot network of the first new type of energy-saving conductor in Ningxia Power Grid, the 110 kV Huinong-Baofeng line, was completed and set up at the State Grid Ningzhu Shizuishan Substation Huinong 220 kV substation. With the successful access of this line to Huinong 220 kV substation, Ningxia Power Grid first pilot line of new energy-saving wire will be formally put into operation. The first energy-saving wire in Ningxia Power Grid adopts the all-aluminum alloy stranded wire, which is the first time in the northwest region. At present, most of China’s transmission lines still use ACSR, the conductivity of 53%, while the energy-saving wire (medium strength all-aluminum alloy wire) 5.5% higher conductivity than the steel wire, and has the transmission capacity Large, low resistance loss, corrosion resistance, low cost and other advantages. According to statistics, the transmission losses of transmission and distribution lines across the country now amount to 171.0 billion kilowatt-hours, accounting for 59.85 million tons of standard coal. If 20% of the domestic transmission lines adopt this energy-saving technology, it can reduce the line loss by over 1 billion degrees annually and save 360,000 tons of standard coal.
