企业档案是指企业在日常工作中从事企业管理、生产、经营、基建、销售、经济核算及科学研究等活动中直接形成的具有保存价值的真实记录。尤其是有关生产工艺、新产品开发、科研成果和科研记录等方面的档案既是企业的重要信息资源,又是企业创新的技术基础,也是企业在经济活动中形成的重要物质资源。由此可以看出,企业档案在企业中的重要地位。因此,只有做好企业档案管理工作,充分发挥企业档案的特殊作用,才能使之更好地为企业发展服务。
Enterprise file refers to the real record of preserving the value formed by the enterprise in the daily work of enterprise management, production, management, infrastructure, sales, economic accounting and scientific research.
