在建设研究型综合大学的教学改革需求下,为改进原有专业实验的教学模式,针对“微电子专业实验”专业核心课程,进行了开放式实验教学新模式的尝试,在实验教学方法、教学手段和实验管理方式等方面实现了开放式微电子专业实验课程改革,有效解决了微电子技术实验仪器贵重、精密、量少与实验人数多、实验时间短的供需矛盾。通过建立理论与实验之间的预实验教学系统,一方面有利于提高实验效率,另一方面还有利于增强学生理论与实验融会贯通的能力。通过预实验和开放式实验教学,使学生具有扎实的理论基础,并为理论知识创新提供了一个良好的实验平台,综合培养了学生的动手、分析、探讨及实验总结、创新等能力。
Under the need of teaching reform in the construction of research-typed comprehensive universities, attempts have been made to open a new model of open experimental teaching for the purpose of improving the teaching mode of the original professional experiments and for the core courses of “Microelectronics Specialty Experiment”. In the experimental teaching method , Teaching methods and experimental management methods to achieve the reform of open microelectronics experimental course, effectively solve the micro-electronics experimental instrument is expensive, sophisticated, less and more than the number of experiments, experimental short supply and demand conflicts. By establishing a pre-experimental teaching system between theory and experiment, on the one hand it is helpful to improve the efficiency of experiment, on the other hand it is also beneficial to enhance the ability of students to integrate theory and experiment. Through pre-experiment and open experimental teaching, students have a solid theoretical foundation and a good experimental platform for theoretical knowledge innovation, which comprehensively cultivates students’ abilities of hands-on, analysis, discussion, experiment summary and innovation.
