一年一度的全厂停车大检修中的防腐工作是我厂整个防腐工作重要的一环,涉及的面广、内容较多,现就1987年大修中一些内容简介如下。一、一段转化管更换我厂合成氨装置1979年投用,1987年9月1日一段转化炉第一排第七根HK—40转化炉管出现一条螺旋状穿透裂纹。10月全厂进行停车年度检修,10月7日吊出该炉管检查发现一条穿透裂纹,宏观裂纹长约60mm,裂缝最宽部位达1.5mm,另有一条不太显眼的尚未穿透的裂纹,长约40mm。两条裂纹具有典型的螺旋状形态,与运行21000小时一根转 The annual work of the whole plant parking maintenance in the anti-corrosion work is my factory an important part of the entire anti-corrosion work, involving a wide range of content more, now on the 1987 overhaul in some of the contents are as follows.
