讨论用多张全息干涉图测定微小空间位移场的一种快速算法,介绍了投影变换矩阵、计算公式及实验计算实例。结果表明,这种快速算法对于处理复杂形体的微小变位是方便而有效的。
A fast algorithm for measuring the displacement field of small space with multiple holographic interferograms is discussed. The projection transformation matrix, calculation formulas and experimental calculation examples are introduced. The results show that this fast algorithm is convenient and effective for dealing with the small displacement of complex shapes.
