目的调查阴道分泌物中真菌和滴虫的感染率,并对其进行季节性动态观察,提高阴道感染的诊断能力。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月于三台县中医院接受治疗的1 200例女性患者,采用常规方法对所有患者阴道分泌物进行检查。结果感染真菌和滴虫患者共138例,感染率为11.50%;其中真菌性阴道炎与滴虫性阴道炎感染率分别为8.75%和2.25%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。≤20岁患者真菌感染率最高,且随着患者年龄的增长呈现下降趋势。秋季是真菌感染率最高的季节,感染率为10.09%,春季是感染率最低的季节,感染率为6.64%,春秋季节感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但春夏秋冬四个季节滴虫感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道分泌物中,滴虫感染率显著低于真菌感染率,在季节性方面,真菌感染存在明显季节变化,滴虫感染不存在明显季节性变化。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of fungi and trichomoniasis in vaginal secretions and to observe the seasonal dynamic changes of vaginal infection and improve the diagnostic ability of vaginal infection. Methods A total of 1,200 female patients treated in Santai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and vaginal discharges of all patients were examined by routine methods. Results A total of 138 cases were infected with fungi and trichomoniasis, the infection rate was 11.50%. The infection rates of fungal vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis were 8.75% and 2.25%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The incidence of fungal infection was highest in patients ≤20 years old, and showed a decreasing trend with the age of patients. The infection rate was 10.09% in autumn, the lowest infection rate was in spring, the infection rate was 6.64%, and the infection rate in spring and autumn was statistically significant (P <0.05), but in spring, summer, autumn and winter Four seasons trichomoniasis infection rates, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions In the vaginal secretions, the infection rate of trichomoniasis is significantly lower than that of fungal infection. Seasonal seasonal changes of fungal infection exist. Trichomonas infection has no obvious seasonal changes.
