The anti-Stokes fluorescence refrigeration of laser dye molecules with molecular vibrational level structure has been theoretically studied. The anti-Stokes fluorescence refrigeration capacity of Rhodamine101 solution has been numerically calculated based on the absorption and fluorescence emission spectra. The conditions for achieving laser cooling with this material and the curves relating to the cooling efficiency are obtained
