报道了双模声表面波滤波器( S A W F)的研究结果和设计出的 G S M 用9025 M Hz的 S A W F。对双膜 S A W F 的基本原理和分析方法进行了描述,并给出理论模拟结果,对几个关键参数进行了比较计算。研究表明,双模 S A W F 具有低损耗、宽带的特性, 较好地满足了 G S M 用9025 M Hz的 S A W F电性能要求。
The research results of the dual mode SAW filter (S A W F) and the S S W F of 902 M Hz are reported. The basic principle and analysis method of double membrane SAWF are described, and the theoretical simulation results are given. Several key parameters are compared and calculated. The results show that the dual-mode SAWF has the characteristics of low loss and wideband, and meets the S A W F requirement of 9025 M Hz for G S M.
