根据所需产品零件的结构特点,设计出挤压铸造模具的结构。选择连杆的废锻模重熔料4Cr-5Mo-Si-V钢,选择合适的表面涂层(隔离层和润滑层)和工艺参数。结果表明,使用挤压铸造成型工艺制作产品零件,其金属利用率高、工序简化,经过测量,其性能和尺寸等都符合设计要求。
According to the structural characteristics of the required product parts, design extrusion die structure. Select the link forging die Heavy melt 4Cr-5Mo-Si-V steel, select the appropriate surface coating (separator and lubricating layer) and process parameters.
