采用取向分布函数及取向线分析方法对取向硅钢高温和低温板坯加热工艺的热轧及冷轧钢板织构进行了研究。结果表明:低温与高温板坯加热工艺的热轧板及冷轧板织构组分有明显不同。低温板坯加热热轧板中{100}<001>及{110}<110>织构较强,但经冷轧后{001}<110>织构最强。
The hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plate textures of high temperature and low temperature slab heating process of oriented silicon steel were studied by orientation distribution function and orientation line analysis method. The results show that the texture components of hot-rolled sheet and cold-rolled sheet are obviously different in low temperature and high temperature slab heating process. The texture of {100} <001> and {110} <110> in the hot-rolled slab heated by low temperature slabs is stronger, but {001} <110> is the strongest texture after cold rolling.
