目的分析白藜芦醇的药物代谢模式的研究现状,探讨与生物活性相关的代谢方式。方法以国内外文献资料为基础,分别以体外培养的细胞体系、离体模型及动物、人在体模型为研究对象,对白藜芦醇的代谢形式进行分析。结果与结论现有文献研究表明,白藜芦醇的代谢模式主要以Ⅱ相反应为主,在细胞体系中以硫酸酯化为主,而在啮齿类动物和人体内则以硫酸酯化和葡萄糖醛酸苷化形式出现。白藜芦醇极低生物利用度与其广泛生物活性还有待于进一步探讨。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current research status of resveratrol in drug metabolism and to explore the metabolic pathway related to biological activity. Methods Based on the domestic and foreign literatures, the metabolic forms of resveratrol were analyzed respectively in vitro, in vitro and in vivo models of animals and humans. Results and Conclusions The existing literatures show that the metabolic model of resveratrol is dominated by phase Ⅱ reaction and is mainly sulfated in the cell system. In the rodents and humans, sulfated and glucose The aldonic form appears. The very low bioavailability of resveratrol and its wide range of bioactivities remains to be further explored.
