纵场铜基NbTi超导母排的钎焊 ,是HT -7装置研制的一项较重要的技术工艺。要求钎焊的接头在 4.2K运行时 ,单个电流接头的接触电阻小于 1× 10 -8Ω。介绍了为达到上述技术要求而在接头结构、钎料配置和施焊工艺过程中所采取的各种措施 ,以及防止NbTi超导线过热的一些有效方法。
The longitudinal brazing of copper-based NbTi superconducting busbars is an important technology developed by HT-7 device. Contacts requiring soldering At 4.2K operation, the contact resistance of a single current connector is less than 1 × 10 -8 Ω. The various measures taken to achieve the above technical requirements in the joint structure, solder configuration and welding process, as well as some effective methods to prevent overheating NbTi superconducting wire are introduced.
