医院人力资源档案是医院档案的重要部分,其开发利用对医院人力资源建设、档案建设、医务水平的提升具有非常重要的作用,应高度重视与具体落实。但是由于各种原因,医院人力资源档案的开发利用还存在很多问题,影响了其功能及效应的发挥。有鉴于此,医院应以队伍建设与提升医务水平为中心,将人事档案转变为人力资源管理,从理念、内容、基础、主体素质以及方式等方面积极做好人力资源档案的开发利用,以便形成人力资源档案建设、人力资源建设和医院发展互动的良好局面。
