以知识政策为逻辑原点分析卓越法律人才培养目标定位,认为各高校应当区分复合型与应用型人才培养目标定位。通过比较借鉴框架,研读相关高校卓越法律人才办学经验,分别探究复合型与应用型卓越法律人才培养模式,前者可建构为学科交叉培养模式,后者为实践教学培养模式。在提出卓越法律人才培养若干建议基础上,提出全面落实卓越法律人才培养目标。
Taking the knowledge policy as the logical starting point to analyze the orientation of the cultivation of outstanding legal talents, we think all colleges and universities should distinguish the target of compound and applied talents training. By comparing the frame of reference, studying the experience of running a school of outstanding legal talents in colleges and universities, respectively, to explore the complex and applied excellence legal personnel training model, the former can be constructed as a cross-discipline training model, the latter for the practice of teaching and training mode. On the basis of putting forward a number of proposals for training outstanding legal personnel, it is proposed that the goal of training qualified legal personnel be fully implemented.
