本文应用透射电镜和免疫组织化学技术观察后尾蚴膜的超微结构,确定反应活性部位.后尾蚴在兔抗血清中孵育3h后,体表有反应膜形成,皮层结构出现损伤现象,免疫组织化学研究表明抗原抗体复合物结合于皮层表面。初步推测,后尾蚴膜反应是抗原抗体在虫体表面发生沉淀反应的结果,反应定位于皮层表面,抗原可能来自后尾蚴分泌排泄物。
In this paper, the ultrastructure of cercarial membrane was observed by transmission electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry, and the reactive site was determined. After 3 hours of incubation in rabbit antiserum, the cercaria larvae formed reaction membrane on the surface of the body and damaged the cortical structure. Immunohistochemistry Studies have shown that antigen-antibody complexes bind to the surface of the cortex. It is presumed that the post-cercariae membrane reaction is the result of the precipitation of the antigen-antibody on the surface of the parasite, and the reaction is localized on the surface of the cortex. The antigen may come from secretion secretion of the post-cercariae.
