张燕燕等三位同志提出的青年戏剧工作者如何做新愚公的问题,也是我们剧团的青年非常关心和迫切要求解决的问题。这里,我们想结合下乡演出的体会,谈谈对这个问题的认识。我们剧团是北京市的一个区级剧团,演出的对象主要是郊区农民,但是全心全意为农民服务的思想在剧团内却沒有根本确立,怕艰苦,留恋城市的生活,认为在城市演出容易出名等思想还存在。有的同志虽然身到农村,可是心却在城市,往往还沒下去就先问什么时候回来。究竟是什么在阻碍我们很好地为农民服务呢?学习了毛主席《为人民服务》《纪念白求恩》等文章后,我们发现是个人主义思想在阻碍着我们。难怪有人说我们是“社会主义的脚丫子,资本主义的脑瓜子”。不解决这个思想问题,为农民服务就无从谈起。于是我们反复学习了毛主席著作,初步解决了为谁演戏的问题。此后,下

Here, we want to combine the experience of going to the countryside to talk about the understanding of this issue. Our theater is a district-level theater company in Beijing. The main target of the show is the suburban farmers. However, the idea of serving the peasants wholeheartedly is not completely established within the troupe. They are afraid of hard work, nostalgic for urban life, think of performing well in cities, Still exist. Although some comrades are in the rural areas, but their hearts are in the cities, they often ask them when they have not returned. What exactly prevented us from serving the peasants well? After learning from Chairman Mao’s article “Serving the People” and “Bethune Memorial”, we found that individualist thinking is hindering us. No wonder some people say that we are “the foot of socialism and the brainchild of capitalism.” If we do not solve this ideological problem and serve the peasants, we can not talk about it. So we repeatedly studied Chairman Mao’s work and initially solved the problem of acting for whom. After that, under
