~(1?)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)-PET显像已用于各种肿瘤的检查.有资料报道,骨骼肌肿瘤FDG摄取量与其组织分化程度相关.方法:共25例,18~86岁,病灶最小直径2cm,均有组织学诊断、CT和MRI扫描.恶性瘤19例,1级3例,2级6例,3级10例;良性瘤6例为0级.110~410MBq FDG静注15min后,PET显像产生7层横断面像(厚1.4cm),画ROI计算肿瘤/健侧相应部位组织的放射性比值(TBR).肿瘤病灶内的

There are data reported that FDG uptake of skeletal muscle tumors is related to the degree of histological differentiation.
