力量素质是运动员取得优异运动成绩的基础,不同项目的运动员需要的力量素质各异。笔者在中长跑运动员的力量训练中,注意了以下几个问题,收到了较好效果,浅谈如下: 一、要全面均衡 在对中长跑运动员进行力量训练时,大肌肉群的力量训练与小肌肉群的力量训练并重,特别要加强肌肉力量薄弱环节的训练,使运动员全身力量得到全面均衡发展,使运动员的身体形态更加匀称。同时,全面均衡的力量训练,使因力量不足造成的技术缺陷得到改进,
