目的探讨代谢综合征与血尿酸水平的关系。方法检测17例代谢综合征患者和22例无代谢综合征患者的血尿酸水平,并收集相关临床指标。按照血尿酸水平将39例患者分为A组(尿酸<215μmol/L,14例),B组(尿酸215-270μmol/L,11例)和C组(尿酸>270μmol/L,14例)。分析血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的关系。结果代谢综合征组患者的血清尿酸水平、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压和甘油三酯均明显高于无代谢综合征组[(269.50±61.10)μmol/L vs.(219.70±75.50)μmol/L,(28.34±1.94)kg/m2 vs.(22.68±2.58)kg/m2,(131.00±10.52)mm Hg vs.(121.18±10.68)mm Hg,(78.94±7.25)mm Hg vs.(74.09±6.80)mm Hg,and(2.35±1.15)mmol/L vs.(1.20±0.43)mmol/L](P<0.05)。A组、B组和C组代谢综合征的发生率分别为14.3%、54.5%和64.3%,组间比较,P<0.05。结论血尿酸水平与代谢综合征密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome and serum uric acid. Methods Serum uric acid levels were measured in 17 patients with metabolic syndrome and 22 patients without metabolic syndrome and the related clinical indexes were collected. According to the level of uric acid, 39 patients were divided into group A (uric acid <215μmol / L, 14 cases), group B (uric acid 215-270μmol / L, group 11) and group C (uric acid> 270μmol / L, 14 cases). Analysis of the relationship between serum uric acid level and metabolic syndrome. Results Serum uric acid, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride in patients with metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than those without metabolic syndrome [(269.50 ± 61.10) μmol / L vs. (219.70 ± 75.50) μmol / L, (28.34 ± 1.94) kg / m2 vs. (22.68 ± 2.58) kg / m2, (131.00 ± 10.52) mm Hg vs. (121.18 ± 10.68) mm Hg, (78.94 ± 7.25) mm Hg vs. (74.09 ± 6.80) mm Hg, and (2.35 ± 1.15) mmol / L vs. (1.20 ± 0.43) mmol / L] (P <0.05). The incidences of metabolic syndrome in group A, B and C were 14.3%, 54.5% and 64.3%, respectively, P <0.05. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is closely related to metabolic syndrome.
