介绍了微机数控激光切割机的控制系统和伺服进给系统的基本组成和设计原理。控制系统使用TP805灵巧终端和一片8031单片机组成多微机控制系统,实现了三轴联动和激光头浮动切割。具有滚动导轨的工作台实现上下进给运动,由150BF5功率步进电机、齿轮减速箱和滚珠丝杆组成的伺服进给系统。整机经运行证实性能稳定,工作可靠。
The basic components and design principles of the control system and servo feeding system of CNC laser cutting machine are introduced. The control system uses the TP805 smart terminal and a 8031 single chip microcomputer to form a multi-computer control system, which realizes the triaxial linkage and the laser head floating cutting. Table with rolling guide to achieve up and down feed movement, by 150BF5 power stepper motor, gear reducer and ball screw servo feed system. The whole machine has been confirmed by the performance of stable, reliable work.
