珠海市健康教育实践走过了一条不平坦道路。上世纪90年代初,他们对幼儿园健康教育的认识还处于“体育”这一狭隘的理解。随着幼教改革的不断深入和《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的颁布、实施,珠海市幼教工作者的健康教育观念、目标、内容、形式都发生了巨大变化。健康教育的目标沿着从基本动作到身体素质、到体能、到身心健康、到健全人格的脉络不断发展;健康教育的内容走过了单一的体育课、体育游戏、户外活动到辅以专项体育运动训练的道路;健康教育的形式从统一化、军事化、单一化到生活化、游戏化、兴趣化,再到综合化、整体化、个性化的转变。这些变化和发展都是随着他们对幼儿身心特点的深入认识,随着教育观念的不断更新、教育行为的不断调整而实现的。在此,我们呈现珠海市三所幼儿园的一些基本做法,试图从不同角度诠释他们对幼儿园健康教育的理解与实践。
Zhuhai health education has gone through an uneven path of practice. The early 90s of last century, their understanding of kindergarten health education is still “sports” this narrow understanding. With the deepening reform of preschool education and promulgation and implementation of the “Guidance Outline for Kindergarten Education (Trial)”, great changes have taken place in the concepts, goals, contents and forms of health education for preschool education workers in Zhuhai. The goal of health education continues to develop along the line from basic movements to physical fitness, physical fitness, physical and mental health, to sound personality. The content of health education has gone through a single physical education lesson, sports games and outdoor activities supplemented by special sports The way of exercise training; the form of health education from unification, militarization, singulation to life, gamification, interest, and then to comprehensive, integrated, personalized change. All these changes and developments are realized with their in-depth understanding of the physical and mental characteristics of young children, with the constant updating of educational concepts and educational behaviors. Here, we present some basic practices of three kindergartens in Zhuhai trying to explain their understanding and practice of kindergarten health education from different perspectives.
