目的:观察自拟补肾活血方桑仙降压颗粒剂对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌微血管密度(MVD)的干预,探讨其对微血管数目变化的影响。方法:SHR随机分为3组,模型对照组、吲哒帕胺(0.25 mg.kg-1)西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒(含生药8 g.kg-1)组,以Wister大鼠为正常对照(蒸馏水),每组6只,每周用药6 d,1次/d,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌MVD的表达。结果:与模型组比较,4周及8周后桑仙降压颗粒组标记心肌MVD的CD34表达均明显增多。结论:桑仙降压颗粒能有效减轻SHR大鼠心肌微血管损害。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the intervention of Bushen Huoxueshen Sandangshangjiangya Granule on myocardial microvessel density (MVD) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), and to investigate its effect on the number of microvessels. Methods: SHR were randomly divided into 3 groups: model control group, indoxapram (0.25 mg.kg-1) western medicine control group, mulberry decoction particles (containing crude drug 8 g.kg-1) (Distilled water), 6 rats in each group. The mice were treated with drugs for 6 days, once a week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively. The MVD expression in SHR was observed. Results: Compared with the model group, CD34 expression in myocardial MVD marked by Sangxianjiangyue granule group was significantly increased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Conclusion: Sangxianjiangya Granule can effectively reduce myocardial microvascular damage in SHR rats.
